Kids at the Gym

We maintain an adult focused child friendly space.

Members are welcome to bring their kids to any class on our timetable at no additional cost. We have an area for kids to hang out in during classes but this is not fenced off and kids are not restricted to just this area. We have some toys available but we encourage parents to bring an activity for their kids to do during class time.

We can help where possible but parents are ultimately responsible for their kids when attending the facility.

Above all else, we love to see parents setting an example for their kids and prioritising their health and fitness, even having their kids join them for a workout or two!

We also have a number of mums in our community who have trained with us during their pregnancy and returned to training after having a baby. Our coaches are more than happy to make any modifications to exercises to support you in your recovery.
