Classes

WOD - Workout of the day!

Constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement.
All classes for the day will complete the same workout. Monday through to Friday are written with a balance of strength, gymnastics, olympic lifting and conditioning. WODs can be tailored to challenge athletes of any level, such as load, rang of motion, reps range, or choosing an alternate exercise that engages a similar muscle group.
Example day:
WOD 1
Diane
21-15-9
Deadlift 100/70
Handstand push ups
This known CrossFit WOD can be modified by reducing the load on the deadlifts and depth on the HSPU.

Diane- version 2
21-15-9
Deadlifts 70/45
Handstand pushups (1/2 depth)

Diane - version 3
21-15-9
Kettlebell swings
Push ups

We tailor WODs in order to achieve the same stimulus and maintain correct positioning throughout for each athlete.
