An introduction to CrossFit

This program the foundational movements of CrossFit and prepare you to confidently join the classes.

Ready to try something new this year?

  • Monday & Wednesday, 10:30 am or 7:00 pm

  • Confidently join the classes once complete

  • Learn with others who are new to CrossFit

  • Master the movements

  • 6 x 1-hour sessions

  • Starting 1 February

The Fundamentals program will cover:

  • Barbell movements including the back squat, deadlift, strict press, and push press

  • Gymnastic movements such as toes to bar, handstands, and pull-ups

  • Olympic lifting movements, the snatch, and the clean and jerk

  • Benchmark CrossFit WODs (workout of the day)

  • All the foundational movements of CrossFit

Details:

  • All sessions will involve a warm-up, strength or skill, workout (WOD), cool down and stretches 

  • Session times are 10:30 am and 7:00 pm every Monday and Wednesday for three weeks

  • No experience needed, learn with others who are new to CrossFit

  • All sessions will be run by one of our coaches 

  • Starting on 1 February, 6 x 1-hour session

  • Cost: $125.00
