The Fundamentals program will cover:
Barbell movements including the back squat, deadlift, strict press, and push press
Gymnastic movements such as toes to bar, handstands, and pull-ups
Olympic lifting movements, the snatch, and the clean and jerk
Benchmark CrossFit WODs (workout of the day)
All the foundational movements of CrossFit
Details:
All sessions will involve a warm-up, strength or skill, workout (WOD), cool down and stretches
Session times are 10:30 am and 7:00 pm every Monday and Wednesday for three weeks
No experience needed, learn with others who are new to CrossFit
All sessions will be run by one of our coaches
Starting on 1 February, 6 x 1-hour session
Cost: $125.00
